Let It Snow

Google have put a new Easter egg into the search engine, as some of you may already know, a while ago Google made it so that if you searched for 'Do a barell roll' the page rotates 360°, and if you search for 'tilt' or 'askew' the page tilts slightly.

As it is coming up to Christmas, to get us all into the spirit, if you Google 'Let it snow' snow starts falling down from the top of the page! It only works on the desktop version though, so try out it!

Have you found any other Easter eggs like this? Post in the comments below!

Google Rebranding - Blogger & Picasa

Google is attempting to make their brand name even more popular. In their attempt at world domination Google is now Rebranding all services that dont include 'Google' in their names, the main changes will be Blogger and Picasa, Bloggers name will be changing to 'Google Blogs' and Picasa to 'Google Photos'.

It is currently unknown whether there will be changes to the '.blogspot.com' sub-domain will be changed, as many blogs are currently hosted on it. It has been suggested that Google might forward the links to a new address, maybe following Gmail it could be called 'Gblog'?

All of your Picasa albums will stay intact, only the name is changing so no need to worry nothing will be lost.

Is Google taking a risk changing these names? Voice your thoughts below in the comments.
