My personal favourite is bit.ly, I like the way that they present the stats to you, although I think it could have a better, shorter URL like many other shorteners have now.

Also do you shorten your G+ URL? If so what service do you use? The most popular at the moment seems to be 'http://gplus.to/7ewis/' which is what I use. But I have just found a new service that not only gives you a shorter URL, it tracks how many page visits your profile gets! I have done some testing, and you don't even have to have the traffic through the URL for it to register it, I have no clue how it works, but it's brilliant! It's called 'http://plusya.com/Lewis' because I found it early, I managed to get my name in the URL!
